because the worldwide catagory for f2b catagory is faster than f1 catagory.my mother applies for me in 2010 as a permanent resident .now she naturalizes on 18 sep,2014.now i want to stay at f2b catagory under section 6 of cspa.if is it possible.if USCIS already converted me ,will they let me opt out from f1 conversion to f2b.pl let me know.will i send my request to NVC or USCIS.pl explain clearly. If i did not notify them about my mother's conversion, will it effect anything.I heard it when my visa number comes, they will change my catagory from f2b to f1 and then i will have to wait longer.Any suggestion will i apply to revoke my conversion from f2b to f1 according to cspa act or remain silent.

I suggest that you contact an immigration attorney in person. Normally, you won't be moved automatically from F2B to F1 if you didn't notify the USCIS. However, you should still speak with an immigration attorney, or, in the alternative, make an INFOPASS appointment and request your current application status in person. Processing time for preference categories change all the time, it may be faster for F2B right now, but it may change in the future. Best of luck.
