After receiving full payment, how many days does a creditor legally have to file a release and satisfaction of judgment?

I won in small claims court. Once I am paid, what is the time period following in which I have to file the satisfaction of judgment with the court clerk and mail my debtor a copy? Is it 14 days?

There is no required time and sometimes the debtor needs to request a release. The better approach would be to prepare the release and as soon as the funds have cleared, file it and send a file stamped to your debtor.

I don't know that there's s deadline, but if they take too long and you can prove full payment, file and present a motion to the judge to enter an order satisfying, and maybe even vacating, the judgment.
