Ask for a Temporary Orders hearing and get a civil assist by the police to retrieve your belongings. Good luck, John

You will likely need to seek to have this addressed in the divorce court. You can obtain temporary orders that will allow you to take possession of the property you need. Your best bet is to speak to an attorney in the state the divorce was filed in.

Based on your question it sounds like the divorce is in Kentucky. If this is true you will need to speak with an attorney in Kentucky. Nevertheless at you will be able to ask the Court for an Order for you to retrieve your possessions. I would suggest you speak with an attorney that practice family law in the jurisdiction where the case is located.
