if my spouse does not show for the final divorce hearing what happens. she says she isn't going because theres no point because the divorce is going to happen so no use her traveling out of state to attend

The court will grant a default divorce judgment and grant whatever the evidence including testimony supports. Talk to your lawyer if you have one.

Then she will be in default, and you will get granted whatever your evidence supports. Make sure to bring evidence of proper service as well if it isn't in the court's file already.
