so I have been married for a man from my country, I brought him to the united states with a spouse visa we have been married he for his conditional green card and it has actually been over 2 years. He got a 1 year old paper saying that he is allowed to work and do anything with it for 1 whole year until he receives his green card and we are not able to work it out together and I am asking for divorce. what would happen if I get my divorce during this one year would that affect his visa?

Most likely. I would recommend marriage counseling or group meetings at your local church. Have you filed a I-751 for him yet? Best thing to do is both of you retain an Immigration Attorney to resalvage your wedding and his green card. Frank Stanczak, Immigration Attorney
