Can I serve the custodial parent with a form of interrogatories FL-145 for a child support hearing?

The custodial party is trying to claim child care expenses that I know are untrue. I want her to have to present her tax information and bank statements to show proof of this cost. Is it in my legal rights to serve her with a form of interrogatories?

Yes you may. But, y I u may also want to learn about your subpoena power to get the hard proof of all of the income and other relevant benefits. Also, you should be aware that y poo u also have the right to ask then to answer written questions UNDER OATH. But, the only bad news is that these types of requests are called "Discovery", and discovery requests are very technical and must be done correctly, or you may not get what you seek. Good luck.
