Dear Floral Park Home Owner: So after two years your parents want their neighbors arrested. Suggest to your parents that they first make a written demand to the neighbors to remove the shrubs from the driveway. If your parents cannot do this on their own they should hire an attorney. The police are not likely to make an arrest if there is no prior demand to remove the encroaching plants.
