What should I do now?
Tenanants not living ,utilities turned off ,lot of stuff left behind, not given me keys 3 months rent past due. Oblidge me with advice

It sounds as if the property is abandoned and as a landlord you can give notice or enter under the apparent abandonment. I have add links to both statues below.
