I have no valid bill of sale the homeowner did not notarize it actually there are 2 different ones with 2 different prices. The park says we are not the owners but we had been paying our lot rent. Currently I have lost my job and owe back rent and have received an eviction notice. Who s liable now for it when I leave and can I use the home owner for the money I gave them to buy the trailer.

You need to have an attorney review your two sales contracts. The fact that you have indicate that there are two separate ones, each with a different sales price, raises many questions that are best discussed in a confidential consultation.

Dear Port Jervis Home Owner: Your lack of a bill of sale and lack of title looks to the MHP operator as a sublease of the manufactured home without permission. How could you not demand title when buying the home? As mentioned by Mr. Bianchi please see a lawyer. If you were swindled there may be recourse against the former owner and a method to transfer title to you.
