A pharmacist illegally voided my prescription and had me escorted out of the building on film. Zero legal grounds.

Pharmacist illegally voided my prescription with no legal grounds and called security to escort me out. Subsiquently i was unable to fill my prescription elsewhere. A cursory or in-depth review of my background and treatment history supports my claim that there were no legal grounds to void my prescription. My doctors office was closed and the local emergency room would not prescribe the needed medication. The result was extreme pain from withdrawal from a dependent medication and public humiliation. There are absolutely no legal grounds for the voiding of my prescription.

The transitory pain without a permanent injury will not justify a claim. The humiliation while real also does not support a claim either. Seek done legal advice with all your proof including that prescription was not void.

I don't know, call me pessimistic, but I would be absolutely shocked if it is ultimately proven that the pharmacist "illegally" acted against you "with no legal grounds."

No one has to provide medical services to you, and a pharmacist has a duty to NOT provide you with narcotics if he thinks you are abusing the system. I see no case here. Might I suggest that you handle your addiction issues with appropriate counseling and support?
