My daughter signed the affidavit of support for my spouse when he came. He left after two months of receiving his conditional green card. What consequences will this have for the affidavit. I think he married me to obtain his green card , who do I contact to report this. I never filled the I751 with him

You should contact CBP and USCIS if you feel like you have been lied to. He will eventually need to prove you're still married in two years to remove the conditions from his GC. If he will try to collect unemployment and other government benefits you may be on the hook so it's better to report his scam and explain you had no knowledge of it. You should consult with an immigration attorney as well.

Unfortunately, according to the regulations, your daughter ( or are you really writing about yourself, since you used me in your question? )is under legal obligation regardless of the status of her marriage. The only legal exoneration comes with the passage of ten years, or the death of the beneficiary, his naturalization as a US citizen or his having accumulated 40 quarters ( ten years) of payment into the Social Security fund.
