When the EAD for H4 rule (RIN 1615 AB92) will be published?
I am in H4 visa. Eagerly waiting for the rule to be published

We are all awaiting this -- I expect soon but there is no announcement that I have seen.

Your guess is as good as mine. Hopefully soon ... but who knows. There was a bill introduced into the Congress recently that would address this. Thus, DHS may delay the rule .. I don't know.
