I asked for interest in my small claims filing, but it wasn't awarded w/judgment. defendant has appealed, can I request it now?

Interest was included I the amount I initially was suing for. Case was heard, I won judgment and was awarded only the amount of salary due me, interest was not mentioned (by me or the judge). Defendant has appealed. If I prevail again at that hearing can I ask for the interest?

you should move to amend your complaint right now and add in interest. Unless you've alleged it, you won't get it. good luck
