My husband has been gone 10yrs. An been in a camp the past 4 yrs an good behavior. What about the clemency an 2 pt reduction. Is he eligible? Or what should I do? I am puzzled, an He is in Jonesville camp VA an he got into trouble in his hometown. Thanks if u can give me some advice. Thnks
