Car was coming to a "t" intersection, didn't stop and came into the street that I was driving on and hit me. There was no stop or yield sign anywhere. Is there a law that says that they have to yield or stop at a "t" intersection even if there was no stop sign or yield sign?

At a T intersection, the cars on the road that continues have the right away. So if you were on the road that ends and you would have to turn, it is up to you to yield to the other cars. If I have misunderstood your facts, I apologize.

if there are cars in the road then you can't run into them sign or not. If the vehicle are already in the intersection you must not enter until you have a clear roadway. Good Luck

You yield, by law, to cars that are on the through street. If you are on the through street there should be no issue unless you are turning left, in which case you have to yield to any oncoming traffic. Having said that it is never a wise idea to insist on legal rights over practicality as it relates to driving. If the other driver is a jerk or totally unaware of how they are driving do yourself a favor and let them go ahead of you and watch them.
