Will I prevail?

Bankruptcy and Debt 5 views 3 answers
My petition for a full evidentiary hearing was denied by an agency and is now at issue with the COA. Whichever way the court may decide, I need counsel. Please consider the merits of my case and please consider a payment plan. Will you represent me?

Attorneys on this forum are unable to answer your question. First, we have no way of assessing whether or not you will prevail based upon the information provided. Second, we cannot assess the merits on your case on this forum, which is outside the attorney client relationship. Third, regarding representation, the terms of use on this forum prohibit attorney from soliciting clients here; thus, no one should answer saying: "I will represent you; call me!" Fourth, based upon the information that you provided, attorneys are not able to assess whether or not they can represent you because you have not described your case. To find attorney who handles appeals, such as myself, please use the "find a lawyer" tool here on attorneyqna.com or use the directory on cobar.org.

You will need to contact attorneys directly and see if they have experience in this matter and if they would consider a payment plan.

If we had crystal balls, we would all work far less, and be far more profitable. When you interview attorneys, none should tell you that you "will" win. That's something we just can't guarantee. You need to speak to attorneys who handle your type of case (ie: with which agency are you at odds?), and take in with you all of the paperwork or information that you have so the attorney can make an informed decision about whether or not your case falls within his/her areas of experience. Good luck.
