Do I need an attorney for a company suspending my account, despite me having a valid card for this account?

I am an instructor for National Safety Council . Today they suspended my account for "lapsed certification". They said it lapsed from 2013. I renewed in 2013 and today I emailed proof of the valid instructor card. I have ordered several hundred training packages from 2013 to now. I could only do this with valid instructor-ship. What are my options. This has me worried as it may cause me to lose revenue due to cancellations. It has already made me lose sleep worrying this week

Sounds like an error. Call customer service and see if you can get it fixed.

If they have not corrected it by Monday, consider having a quick consult with an attorney. I'm sure it will be cleared up.

I agree that this is probably just an administrative error. Call to follow up that they received your proof of certification and get written confirmation that the suspended account has been reactivated. If it's just an error it should work out fine.
