Sorry, but you probably do not have a sustainable suit. Walmart an the NRA have successfully lobbied these types of cases away. Besides, the selling of the ammunition was not a cause of the fire. Most fortunately, you and your daughter escaped serious physical injury. Kind regards.

I must agree, selling the ammunition was not foreseeable that someone would use it that way. Also, unless he admitted Walmart sold it you have a proof issue. I hope they have caught the guy. Best of luck.
