Delaware Limited Offering Exemption Notice?

Our DE C Corp (which has a total authorized shares of 1000) issued additional 200 additional shares to our only two existing shareholders (who previously held 400 shares each) in exchange for additional money. Do we need to file a Notice of Limited Offering Exemption with the Delaware Department of Justice? Thank you so much in advance.

Delaware does not have Limited Offering Exemption Notices, so the answer is "no".
