I have been convicted of PI twice in the past 14 months. I was wondering if I were to be arrested again will the PI get enhanced to a class B or will it take a subsequent conviction of PI for the charge to become enhanced?

If you are arrested at this point, you could be charged with the Class B PI charge which only requires two prior convictions to make the third enhanceable.
