If you are charged with suspended license HV you need to call an attorney. You have not given enough information for any attorney to give you more advice other than: Step one get an attorney, step two get your license back.

An HV suspension is very serious, and requires a 2 year hard suspension before you can get any kind of permit. You need to hire a lawyer who specializes in traffic defense immediately.
