I want to apply for licience under Ab60. My passport is valid and was issued in 1999 but as per DMV list passport should be issued in or after 2008. But I have valid B2 Visa is it will be acceptable for licience or have to go to secondary review. If not just curious to know if it valid to enter in country sould be valid for ID.

Are you outside of the US? If so, why get a CA driver license with a TOURIST visa? Get an international driver permit from your home country ... it is valid in the US for 1 year ... which should be sufficient for the purposes of your vacation.
