When a pro se appears in a hearing vs an atty-represented litigant, who is responsible for writing the judge's order?

This is a divorce case, where the pro se requested for a court order, the opposing had called the pro se to withdraw the request in favor of a stipulation they drafted, and pro se refuses to do so, and opposing has filed a response favoring the pro se's request but enclosing their stipulation .

Generally the judge will say who should write the order. If the other side doesn't however, you should.

The judge may ask the party of the judge's choosing to prepare the order. Usually, it is the prevailing party. Or the Court may prepare the order.

In general, the "prevailing" party is asked to prepare and submit the order to the Court. The Judge asks the party to do so at the end of the hearing. good luck

The judge will probably not allow you to do so because you don't know the ins and outs. If the judge directs the other party to do so. Make notes concerning what the judge order. If you disagree with the other other sides order, then object to stating what you feel is wrong.
