If the court gives me 30 days from 02-12-15 to file an amended complaint, what date must it be filed with the court?
I counted 30 days and the 30th falls on Saturday the 14th of March. Do I need to file it on the Friday before?

If the 30th day falls on a Saturday or Sunday or a holiday, typically one has until the first judicial day after the date it is due but I wouldn't take any chances and I'd file it on Friday the 13th. best wishes
