I worked temporally on a project at sfo duty free store around 8/2013, we had the contract, the part time work last about 2-3 months, I passed out one day when i almost done with work, then the company told me did not need came anymore, they said they would put me in another project, but very soon they asked returned the uniform and badge, and they never let me work again , so in this case can I sue them ? if I could , how many percentage of chance i can win ? because i do not want to waste time to do this, thanks!

You may have a cause of action under FEHA and/or WC but more facts would be needed. Did they let you go because your temp job was over? How large was the employer? Why did you pass out (was it work related?). Did they have a duty to meet with you in an interactive process and if they did have such a duty, did they meet with you? If you passed out due to your work, you can talk to a WC attorney. If you fully recovered from the "injury" there is not much value in the WC claim but you may have a 132a claim for discrimination if you were let go because you filed a claim for workers' comp benefits. If you passed out for a non-work related injury, talk to an employment attorney for a free consultation. There may be a cause of action under FEHA if they failed to discuss reasonable accommodations with you.

Your passing out had nothing to do with a work injury and you don't tell us what reason they gave for terminating you. What would your basis be for suing them? Without more facts, I don't see any reason for you to sue them.

Did you pass out because of a work injury? Do you have an ongoing workers compensation (work injury) claim? If so, and they fired you because of that claim then you may have a discrimination claim under 132a. If you passed out for a non work related reason, you may have an employment claim, so i have added employment to the practice areas for your question.
