No attorneys in Alaska who take pharmaceutical malpractice

my husband took a blood pressure medicine that induced a brain bleed that is still there today ( 2years now). Attorneys in Alaska do not take this sort of case. Not sure where to go. Can you give us a direction to go with this case?

A lawyer from any of the other 49 states can be retained to handle it pro hac vice. has a terrific "find a lawyer" tool to locate a local lawyer. Good luck.

Some AK attorneys take these types of cases. It depends on whether your case has merit in light of draconian "Tort Reform" measures passed by Republicans in Juneau. Most Alaskans with malpractice (medical) injuries are screwed over because of this "Tort Reform." Keep your eye on that 2 year Statute of Limitations. Get another attorney ASAP or risk losing valuable legal rights.
