What to do when i'm being harassed and my name is being slander at my workplace?

I'm a supervisor and I have a destructive employee who is fabricating lies against me. I have documented her actions, have video and have witnesses who has seen this employee causing chaos in the workplace. The exective director and human resource manager has cited with this employee and now is threatening to move me to another site. This employee doesn't want to take orders from me, but run to the executive director. I'm now stress out because of this matter. Lastly, the destructive employee received a week off with paid because she lied and saided she was stressed. There was no Dr. Excuse brought back.
