All orders are signed by a judge. Once a judge has signed an order, it is effective until that same judge (or in limited circumstances, a different judge) signs another order vacating or terminating the first order. There is a mechanism to handle this found in RCW 26.50.130. You have to follow the rules to get this order vacated.
Even if you and your spouse want the order to be of no further effect, if you and your spouse were to have an interaction with law enforcement (even on something tangential like a broken tail light) it would not end well. Elizabeth Powell
This depends on what type of order was entered. If an order was entered as part of the criminal case, and the case was dismissed, then the orders may have been dropped as a result of the dismissal. You may wish to contact the court to confirm the dismissal of the orders. If these are civil orders that either spouse petitioned for themselves, then you must petition the court, in person, for removal of the order.
