What do you recommend me do in court for a dui case?

recieved a dui at the end of december..blew a .08 on the field, .07 at the station. police said i may not be charged for anything, but found out a few days ago that the district attorney charged me for both under the influence and over the limit. i drove out of the well lit parking garage and turned on my headlights once i got outside, and i got pulled over within 1 block.
You need a DUI attorney, which I am not, to help you keep your license, protect your record, and keep you out of jail. If you only scored .08 on the field test, and .07 at the station your chances of beating this one are good to excellent. But you can not do it alone. If you take what the DA has to offer you'll get the standard punishment for a first DUI, something which apparently you don't deserve.
Don't forget to request an administrative hearing from the DMV within 10 days of your arrest and don't go w/o an attorney. If you fail to make the request the DMV will suspend your license before you have ever had a hearing on the matter.
Excellent advice by Mr. Kaman. Again. I would further suggest that you shop a bit for counsel. Your attorney will have leverage with the BAC and a plea very much in your favour could take, perhaps, 40 minutes.
You need to get a lawyer. While it appears low level blood alcohol concentrations should be easier than high levels, it is the exact opposite. In low level cases, with no significant driving pattern, you should never plead to any criminal conviction. Well, perhaps an infraction for failure to have on your headlights. DO NOT just give up. You can walk away from this unscathed. It will take a lawyer with a good deal of fight. Most DA's will look to settle for a low level Misdemeanor, but the long term effects of that are overwhelming and usually unanticipated.
