I was injured on the job reported it seen the company doctor and was repeatedly sent back to work due to the physicians assistant and the company safety guy repeatedly discussing my case after my visit without me being present until I finally got to the point that I knew I was getting nowhere by going to their office and called work safety and insurance and talked to my case worker about how to change doctors and only then did I get the proper diagnosis on my shoulder and was put through physical therapy I believe in my heart that had they handled this like they were supposed too that I wouldn't have as severe an injury to my shoulder and that I have to live with a torn rotator cuff for the rest of my life and that now I will not be able to find another job with this injury please help

I agree with Mr Bollinger. Use the find a lawyer section here to talk to someone about your case.

You need to hire a good workers' compensation lawyer to help you and protect your interests. Any other online advice will not help you at this point.

Retain a comp lawyer without delay. Use .com's search tool to find qualified counsel near you in Fargo. There may also be HIPAA violations to report (there is no private cause of action BTW), but if the doc didn't have permission to discuss the case with your employer. In addition, you should consider seeking a second opinion about your medical care. Good luck.

You didn't really post a question, and that may be why you didn't get a satisfactory answer before. At the very least, you should get a face-to-face consultation with a local work comp attorney, who can get all the facts and best advise you of your options and rights. You can find an attorney through this site, by clicking the "Find a Lawyer" tab at the top of this page and then searching for a workers compensation attorney in your city and state.
