Can I break false lease without big court battle? renter made fake front pages and kept original signature page.
original lease how can I break lease and get back rent without big court battle. Property was my mothers, and renter is friend. But has lease that says she didn't have to pay rent, and my mother would never have done that. Also never issued nothing but month to month lease to anybody never long term. Trying to sell to investors before it goes to tax sell and this is hindering process, and costing money of back rent in the thousands of dollars
