What do I have to do in order to be amncioated when I'm 16?

To start, you need to be self-supporting. For now, you can try getting work after school, but also keep your grades up--try for top grades because these are things employers look for when considering hiring a young person who hasn't yet been able to acquire much, if any, experience. Also, the better your education, the better your chances of obtaining work that will pay enough for you to support yourself. Good luck!

Ohio doesn't allow for emancipation of minors. Your only option would be to either a) get married or b) join the military, both of which are huge steps that you shouldn't take rashly and simply because you're not a fan of home.
