How do I argue verbal abuse in child support case without being required to turn over my mental health records?

I was hospitalized multiple times last year for MDD and GAD which was brought on by fears of losing my spouse and years of verbal abuse from her and codependence on my part. Her lawyer has filed a request for response where she has asked for ALL records of my doctors, hospital and therapists. Under 90.503, she cannot get these unless she proved suicide attempt- never attempted but did have suicidal ideation and was voluntarily committed to prevent baker act- orI use it as argument. I really do not want to be embarrassed by having my medical history drug out in court to make me look like an unfit parent. How do I argue that she has no relationship with her oldest son because she is so verbally abusive without opening my records?

It sounds like you are asking how to practice law. I think the best answer is "don't." Hire a good family law attorney and let that person work with with you on your evidentiary issues.

You question is all over the place. You call this a child support question but then talk about time-sharing. This is not the appropriate forum for such a question. Talk to an attorney and plan on hiring one.

First, a request is merely that. However, you need to timely object to the request in order to preserve the issue and let Judge decide whether or not the issue is relevant to the issues that have been pled. Without knowing what was pled and what the issues are, it is hard to answer this question. It does sound like you need to contact a family law attorney ASAP.
