My car was serverely hit from the back passenger door n back right tire as well becuz the driver make a left turn into my car.

the other driver even admitted to the police that he didn't see my car while making the left turn n admitted to his fault. it's clearly written on the police that he admitted to his fault in the accident. Now, it's almost two months n his insurance company still giving me a run around to fix my car....What do I do to make them to fixed my car. They have a copy of the police report n they also sent an appraisal to inspect my car. They have every thing on their desk but they not tellin me any thing about when n how they gonna to fix my car. What can I do ?

There is nothing you can do other than keep calling, call a supervisor, or sue their insured.

have your ins co fix it, or see if the cost to fix and rental car amounts are within the limit you can sue for in small claims court.

Have your insurance company fix the car or continue to bother the other insurance company. You can also sue the insured to fix your car. You might want to hire an attorney to assist you if you are not getting anywhere with the insurance company.

If Insurance Companies did the right thing you would not need an attorney. The fact of the matter is that the Insurance companies do not do the right thing. Hire an Attorney ASAP. Ken Litman, Esq.
