I have two weeks left on my probation Dui probation can they revoke it now?

I was sentenced to two years of probation for a dui not first offence heavily monitored. Now at the end they are saying some things are missing from my file. Such as they community service, and little things. They lady who signed me off no longer works at the thrift store. Can they revoke me now when it was due a year ago. I am scheduled to be off in two weeks. If so will I have to do my full suspended sentence? Or could I be resentenced? Do I need a lawyer?

It sounds like you already appeared on an alleged violation of probation for failure to complete community service and perhaps some other requirements of your sentence? Yes, you could be found in violation if you have not complied with all the terms of your probation. You want to be sure that you can successfully complete your probation so that it can be terminated and you can get this all behind you. You may also want to explore a future expungement to clear your record. But first things first, yes, to be in the strongest defense position, you should hire experienced defense counsel to explain why these requirements of probation were not completed, get you more time to comply, and make sure that you can get your probation successfully terminated. You should not leave this unaddressed. Best of luck

You should get a lawyer, especially if you have complied. They could revoke at anytime before it is all said and done, but it appears you have real defense to work on.
