I never advise entering a plea without the advise of counsel but I understand your situation. Have you requested a public defender and were then told you did not qualify? If not, you should definitely try.
Lawyers do cost money but entering into a bad plea can cost you a whole lot more down the road. It may still be worth trying to speak with a lawyer. Many accept payment plans. Given your BAC, you may have grounds to fight this. Try calling a few lawyers, most offer a free consultation, and see what happens. Good luck to you.
No, you shouldn't. When you say your BAC WAS .11/.10/.09, you probably mean that your alleged BAC was somewhere near that range. You don't know what your BAC was. Don't plead guilty (nolo is the same thing for criminal case purposes) unless you are in fact guilty and you are intelligently choosing to let the prosecutor out of doing her job in proving that you committed a crime that comes with long reaching consequences.
Possibilities abound. Do what you want but free consultations await you for the asking. Use the avvo find a lawyer app. and schedule a couple. You have nothing to lose but much to gain. Good luck to you. I hope this helps?

Agreed. Dont give up the ship yet, these are fightable numbers. If you have not yet plead consult with some local lawyers. Many of us offer free consults on make some calls before pleading.
That is fightable [as I noted in one of your other questions on the same facts!], so you should see representation. There are few cases at that level that a real DUI lawyers would suggest justifies a guilty plea.
