On March 24, 2015, we transferred your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number EACxxxxx to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case How long does it take for an approval on I-130??

Unfortunately, no one can guarantee processing times. Did you file from within the U.S. or at a consulate? It usually doesn't take more than a few weeks to process, but it seems yours has been held up for quite some time. You may want to hire an attorney to inquire the status and make sure you aren't missing documents or a missed request for evidence (RFE).

If your FORM I-130 is transferred to a local USCIS office, the case may required an interview and will be delayed.
