How do I start a class Action Lawsuit against Logitech?

I'd like to start a class Action Lawsuit against Logitech for deceptive advertising with their G35 7.1 Surround sound headset. The headset is a virtual surround sound device with only 2 speakers, and Logitech does not make that clear anywhere on their website, nor on the packaging. They avoid the term virtual surround sound completely and, instead, use the term, "DOLBY HEADPHONE 7.1 SURROUND SOUND". I've always thought something sounded off about them, but when I bought them, I looked specifically for an indication of virtual surround use and found none. I can't be the only one that has fallen for this deception. Is this grounds enough for a suit? And if so, how do I start one against them? Thanks very much for the advice.

I'm sorry but I think you are unlikely to get a good result should you want to go the enormous expense, and the huge hassle of a lawsuit. I understand why you are unhappy but you may be unhappier if you go down this path. I suggest you call a couple of local consumer lawyers to explore all options available to you and then you can do a cost-benefit analysis to decide if you want to go further. The first call to a lawyer is typically free so no downside to getting answers to all of your questions. Best wishes

Best option: simply take the headphones back to the point of purchase and seek a refund. Speak to a consumer protection lawyer in your area about your soecificsoecifuc to determibe if you have any kind of case at all. Good luck to you.
