Whats the best approach to expunge a first offense charge of Simple Possession of Marijuana?

I've made some poor choices recently and now I've got a misdemeanor on my record. I'd really appreciate any help or advise on ways to get this expunged from my record. This will really make it hard for me to find jobs and also will destroy my insurance. I've heard of PTI classes that will hopefully expunge this from my records but I want to make sure I'm doing this the right way.
Your charge is eligible potentially for expungement but it's important that you don't get any new convictions within 3 years of that SPMJ conviction. Once that time is up you would be eligible to apply. Call an attorney for help.
PTI is only an option if you have not been convicted but its not clear what stage of the process you are in. If you have been convicted then by statute, you cannot apply for expungement until 3 years after the conviction, for a qualifying offense, and there are no prior convictions during that time period. If you a serious about resolving this without a conviction then do yourself a favor and retain a defense attorney to properly advise you of all the options that could be available other than PTI, good luck,
