There is a website on the internet that is well known and they allow tons and tons of nudity on their site.I know there is a law about this sort of thing, if you can't help me with the complaint I need a Legal Agency that WILL SHUT them down and fine them. Can you help me with this?What or where can I report this to?

Unless the nudity is obscene, meaning pornography that involves animals or children, the website is likely not doing anything illegal. There would be no place to turn them in to. If the website is posting illegal content your best option is to notify the FBI or Department of Justice.
