Ever since the beginning of this Divorce , he started unknown to me has always felt one sided. I feel as if the Judge is not viewing all paperwork. I had summitted all the Community Property where he ommitted about 60,000.00 worth of commmunity property. It's like the Judge will not listen to me. I have shown to the Court the inconsistencies of this man. His forgetfulness, his accusations to bring to his attention how it really goes and then he will remember. (Possible Alzheimers involved, plus heavy drinker). Judge is also been told he has signed fraudulently my signature to

paperwork for his accountant, fraudulently signed a deceased wifes signature to checks made out to her for years. Judge is also seeing my ex and his new wife w her ex isn't that a conflict?
You are discovering the perils of trying to represent yourself in court. Contact a local divorce attorney and find out what your options are while you still have some.
I appreciate the guidance being offered by the attorney above and I always recommend that anyone navigating the waters of a family and divorce court alone does so at his peril without competent counsel.
Going it alone deprives you of insight as to the proficiency, integrity, sense of duty, political connections and any possible cronyism among the legal professionals and the judge in the case.
In my days of family practice, I had one judge (Marion Shelton) openly tell me that she had frequently heard child abuse cases by my adversary and that I should speak to him about negotiating a resolution on the present case, an allegation of domestic violence against my client.
This told me that Judge Shelton had a special respect for my adversary that could impact upon my ability to prevail in the domestic violence case. Indeed, my adversary prevailed and my client was ordered to stay away from the wife for one year pursuant to a full stay away order of protection with no mention of visits between himself and his four daughters. The mother had a boyfriend move in to the marital home.
Judge Shelton was tried for abusive conduct against litigants and stipulated to removing herself from the bench and never seeking judicial office ever again. I wrote to the Commission on Judicial Conduct my experiences with Judge Shelton and was later surprised to hear that my writings appeared to indicate a high respect for Judge Shelton. I must have been in a good mood.
Representing yourself would deprive you of that insight because someone like Judge Shelton would not reveal that she favored the opponent's lawyer to you on the record. She would reveal that to your lawyer of she was so bold.
I had another run in with a civil court judge named Anthony Fiorella. On a simple landlord/tenant case several years ago, during a call of the calendar and a status conference, he pulled me into his “chambers” along with my adversary whose name I will not provide. Fiorella stated that he and this lawyer were the greatest of friends and that I did not stand a chance against that lawyer. He told me he expected a settlement with no motion schedule, no further adjournments and no further “tying up the court”. I was on the case a few weeks and this was our second appearance in court. This judge and my adversary chatted about personal matters while they had the opportunity before the judge had to conference other cases. I was placed in the position of having to quickly settle for an eviction of my client, a pregnant woman, and do so in a way that she could move straight from the prior residence to a new one with no break.
I also have recollections of excellent judges. I remember one in Colorado who allowed us to make a record for our client and we actually prevailed given the circumstances of the case prior to trial. Another judge in Georgia was totally professional and lined up the case procedurally in such a way that the parties settled with no further litigation. That was in 2006. Others were talented in responding to objections, understanding facts presented to them and many had practice experience to understand the plight of the lone, middle class litigant represented by the lone attorney.
There is no way to tell from your fact pattern whether your judge is merely inexperienced, uncaring or corrupt. However, facing a source of power like that without at least the aid of a person versed in what should and should not happen is like checking for mines with your foot and one goes “boom”.
