I got a court date after my I751 was denied according to marriage status , " I got divorced June 2013 after marriage since 2007 " , the court date is NOV /29 /2019 , my question is : - Could I travel will waiting for court date ? And how long could stay out of the country? - Could I issue a work Authorization will waiting ? Regards , Amr Salem

Your application is denied and you have been placed in proceedings, so NO you cannot travel out of the US while it is pending, and YES you can apply for work authorization, but you will definitely need an attorney. Look for attorneys who specifically have a removal practice.
