I had my working authorization card because of DACA but it expired I didn't renew it because I'm in the process of getting the green card through marriage. May I still legally work since I have a social security number and I'm on the proccess of getting the working permit again through the I485 but as today my old working permit is expired. May I still work legally ? Or I have to wait on the new card? Thank you very much

It's always a good idea to work with authorization. Because of your green card petition based on your marriage, you should be fine.

One cannot work legally without valid employment authorization. You can seek one as part of the AOS process. There is no additional filing fee for that.

Working without authorization is a violation for which you will be forgiven provided you are getting your green card on the basis of marriage to a US citizen.
