Married in India. Working on L1 visa in US. Wife unwilling to join me in US. Can I apply for divorce in US?

I do not believe Washington State has jurisdiction over your wife and kids. Jurisdiction is required for the Court to dissolve the marriage.

If you live in Washington State, you can get a divorce here as long as you follow the law with respect to service. The court here will not have jurisdiction over property and children who are not subject to Washington State jurisdiction. All that can be done here id's to end your marriage. You need to call a lawyer to find out what they will charge.
