What can I do to my business partner who forged my signature on a new shareholders agreement?

My business partner and I were trying to part ways and we didn't have a complete agreement. He and his lawyer and came up with a new shareholders agreement and forged my signature on it electronically. They used this agreement against me to get me out for much less money than I should have gotten. I have proof that they forged my name and am wanting to know what I can do.

How did they use this agreement against you? If it was forged then it is invalid. So they forged it and you agreed to that and now changed your mind? Your post is unclear. As to what to do, you either come to a mutual agreement or you go to court and get a declaratory judgment that the agreement is invalid and consider other options in court. If you don't have an attorney, get one.
