Can I go back to the United States after 10 months?

Im a permanent resident, I been out of the country for 10 months now im trying to go back I failed to show to court for some tickets that I got 8 months ago. will they allow me to go in the country or will they put me in jail ? can I even travel after 10 months?

Are you a US resident? If so, you can go back without any problem. You might want to hire a lawyer to clear the issues up before you return.

Your first problem is having been out of the US for so long. Do you have a re-entry permit? As for your failure to appear in court ... contact an attorney in that county and have him/her pull the file.
