Aunt just past, she did not follow grandfather's will as executor, now leaving everything to her daughter. Can we do anything?

My grandfather died in 2003 and I've come to learn that my three siblings and I, along with my cousin and aunt were to all have equally gotten what was in his estate. My aunt was executor and did not follow the will directions. She never distributed anything to my siblings and I. Just herself and made a trust for my cousin. My aunt has just past, last week, and one of my siblings said that everything is going to my cousin now. Can we legally attempt to get anything that had come from my grandfather?

You need to go talk to an attorney ASAP. You can unwind fraudulent transactions. The statute of limitations has probably run, but it can be tolled if the fraud was concealed. You need to see an attorney quickly, because once the money disappears it is much harder to collect on a judgement.
