2 concurrent H1B visas, can join other employer?

In 2013, two employers filed for my concurrent H1B transfers. Both the petitions were approved and I joined one employer. I have remained in talks with other and now I want to join them. They never revoked my approved petition. Can I now join it even after 16 months of its approval? For the second employer I didn't get a new i-94 because I there was a gap of few days for which I was OOS.

Tricky.. Have you spoken with the "other employer"'s immigration lawyer about this? Well, you should. Or else arrange for a private consultation with an experienced immigration lawyer. Most of us conduct consultations by phone or Skype.

Are you ready to tell BOTH employers that you plan to work concurrently for both? If so, then amendments might need to be filed.

I don't necessarily understand how one employer's petition was approved and you joined them, whereas another's (filed during the same time) was denied due to OOS?
