She is in counseling now. My ex was ordered to have his son evaluated 4 yrs ago when we caught him 3 x with other boys. He is 11 or 12. My ex and his fiance have taken to the internet spreading lies and claiming my daughter is missing and kidnapped by me. THey are raising money for an attorney. They are trying to get custody. I am terrified. I need a lawyer. I am a server. I don't make enough. He is 7000 behind in Child support. No one seems to care. How can i keep my child safe? How can I get the help I need? I'm desperate. HELP!! I filed for a restraining order. Someone has to have an answer for me. They think I am making her say these things. What mother wants to think this happened to their baby?

http://www.jaxlegalaid.org/ would be a good place to start. Because attorney's cannot commonly obtain their attorney's fees from the other side in a family law case, they are very unlikely to assist. We all have bills, and working for zero is not a good way to pay them. Best of luck to you.
