Can a hired trustee hold off paying me my trust money if asked by my family members with out me knowing?

My brother the PR said he fired the first trustee and hired another one. In the trust it said the trust money was to be paid in full and yet this lady paid me half of my trust and the rest 20 months later and a hell of a lot of lies I caught her in as to why she hasn't gave me all of my money and why it's talking so long to get the money. Come to find out the lady is a guardian, court visitor, and an elder attorney, so if she was made my guardian can she hold my money with out going thru a court? I was to get 100k after all fees and such was paid but only got 90k. The trustee refuses to give me bank statements and any contracts showing who she is. So much more to thus crap. My bro. the PR and sister ripped off 35k from the trust, I found out so they are discrediting me to cover up.

You have way too much going on in one paragraph for anyone to sort out. You need to schedule an appointment with a probate attorney and discuss your issues one by one if you want any useful information or advice.

I concur. See .com under 'Find-A-Lawyer' and sit down with a Trust attorney to sort these issues out and begin with a discussion of the Trust itself and its provisions. All the Very Best.

This is too complex to think you can get anything substantive online. You have 90K. Spend a fraction of that on legal advice on your claims.
